Visa Check-In (Mandatory)

SUMMER SESSION A & C 2017 STUDENTS
These Visa Check-In sessions are for Summer Session students ONLY. You are not able to attend these sessions unless you have been admitted as a Summer Session student.

You can drop-in to ONE of the following Check-In Sessions between 10 AM – 3 PM in the Ackerman Viewpoint Conference Room (201A):

Thursday, August 10 (Session C) 10 AM - 3 PM Ackerman Viewpoint Conference Room (201A)
Friday, August 11 (Session C) 10 AM - 3 PM Ackerman Viewpoint Conference Room (201A)

You do not need to register for one of the sessions; you can drop-in to any session that works with your schedule. To avoid long lines, it is recommended that you attend a session at the earliest time available since the last sessions will be very crowded.

CSST 2017 STUDENTS
There is one Visa Check-In session for CSST students. CSST students can drop-in to the following Check-In Session between 3 PM – 4:30 PM in Bradley International Hall:

  • Friday, July 14

CDS-BEP 2017 STUDENTS
There are two Visa Check-In sessions for CDS-BEP Students. CDS-BEP students can drop-in to the following Check-In Sessions between 3 PM – 4:30 PM in Bradley International Hall:

  • Friday, July 14 (Cohort 1)
  • Friday, August 11 (Cohort 2)
Students should attend the Visa Check-In session that corresponds with their cohort.

DOCUMENTS FOR CHECK-IN
You will need to bring certain documents in order to successfully complete your Mandatory Visa Check-In requirement. Please click the appropriate link below to find out more information on which documents you will need to provide at Check-In.

iSTART WELCOME PACK
You will receive your iSTART “Welcome Pack” at Visa Check-In. The iSTART Welcome Pack includes a UCLA sweatshirt, Dashew Center water bottle, reusable tote bag! These are all INCLUDED in your iSTART registration fee!



*Note: We will try to give everyone their desired sweatshirt size however, it is not guaranteed that you will get the size you request. Also, based on availability, actual items in the Welcome Pack may look different than the ones shown above.
